What are some ways to make your face soft?

I use sensitive skin St. Ives Apricot scrub, followed by Aveeno Positively smooth face moisturizer... my face is still feels dry no matter how much lotion i put on. What should i use to make my face soft, but not oily or greasy? (My mom used olive oil on her face and slept with it and washed it off in the morning and it looked really good. Is this a good idea..?)

olive oil??... probably not, it might make u break out or something.

i wouldn't use that scrub every night, cuz it can be harsh on ur skin, so use it every other night, and use a regular cleanser.

btw, the bes moisturizer is that new clean and clear soft lotion, i got it a few days ago and it's awesome, it's in a white bottle w/ a blue cap. hope that helps :))
Reply:'No' to olive oil.. waaay too greasy.

'Specially if you're a teen, because you're more apt to develop acne as a result.

I used to have really dry skin around my nose %26amp;%26amp; mouth, but the lotion I've been using these past two years REALLY works.

It's the Skin Milk Body Lotion.. yet, it works well on the face...

Inigmas.

Umm.

Also, I heard Honey masks not only help heal imperfections but also increase softness.

Hope this helps. :)
Reply:don't use apricot scrub on your face all the time, cause your scrubing off layers of skin, use something like phisoderm cleanser or cetaphil.
Reply:for me, natural shea butter (not a lot because it can be oily)

But i use it before bed and neutragena moisturizer during the day and my skin has become much softer
Reply:Trust your Mum!!i think you should eat lots of fruit and veg and drink lots of water, that will help more than any cream!!
