Probably not, though it might help with new pimples. They also make a medicated version that you might be interested in, but it can dry out your face if you use it too often.
You might want to try cocoa butter on the marks, especially the Palmer's formula which also has Vitamin E. I swear by it. Time will help as well, these marks do eventually fade.

Reply:i started using the apricot scrub a few days ago and it works really well with clogged pores and pimples. For the marks i would try vitamin E oil
Reply:It will to some point, but not very well, acid peels made for acne marks work better there are some at the drugstore. and you can also mix brown sugar with your face wash, it will work about the same as the other scrub.
the apricot scrub has walnut shells so I woundn't use it all the time because it may do more harm than good.
