What wine pairs well with dried apricots stuffed with Boursin?
A nice Beaujolais or other light red is nice as is a fruity white . . . some dry whites...not too dry ...Lacrima Cristi is a nice white that would go well.
Reply:Any wine. Have a large glass before you eat and the type of wine won't matter.
Reply:Merlot or something dry"ish"...to bring out the sweet in the apricots and the flavors of that cheese spread......
