Do you use your St.Ives apricot scrub daily? even if it says for Daily use...?

I hear youre only suppose to use it 2-3 times a week.Is that right?.

If you have delicate skin do not overuse facials scrubs, no matter how gentle they are (it might lead to skin damage and appearance of visible capillaries)

Reply:It's really up to you and your skin. I used to use Pernox scrub every day. Use St. Ives every day if it the Sensitive Skin kind, and wash very gently. If your skin is even slightly delicate, use it every other day.

Reply:it depends on wat kind of scrub you got because some have a stronger formula than others if so use everyother day and if not use it everyday
