it depends on your skin type. mine dried out after using it like that everyday. start off slow and then move your way up.
Reply:I agree with the other posters..Depends on how your skin responds..Keep in mind there is a version with Salicylic acid (harsher) and one w/o. I have been using the acid version daily for years and my skin looks great. I don't have sensitive skin..
Reply:Depends on your skin type. I have very sensitive skin and its too harsh for me.
Reply:Three times a week is more than enough. If you use it more than that it could break out your skin.
