Fruit is healthy for you, but like anything else eat it in moderation. Get a healthy mix of fruits, veggies, dairy, meats and grains.
Reply:The sugars in fruits are complex carbohydrates (sugars) that are good for you. This is compared to refined sugars found in many processed foods. These are the sugars (such as fructose) that one should limit in their diet.

In fact, many nutritionists advise five fruits a day. Fruits are not only an excellent source of fiber and vitamins, but most are low in calories. Plus, many have properties that reduce risk of several diseases including but not limited to heart disease, cancer, and obesity.
Reply:Any food can be bad for you if you eat too much of it. Foods are good if you eat the suggested amount on the food pyramid which is 2-3 servings of fruits a day.
Reply:That's not too much at all, 3 servings is a good healthy amount of fruit...ideally you need 2-3 fruits and 3-5 veggies each day.
Reply:Fruit contain natural sugars so its ok to have more of those sugars than you would in processed foods. Also the amount of serving s of fruit that you had today are ideal so your ok. The sugars that you need to worry about are in processed foods and drinks(sodas, fruit juices etc.)
Reply:I use more sugar than that in my 12 oz. mug of coffee.
Reply:No Fructose in fruit is bound up unlike the vary dangerous free radical fructose found in high fructose corn syrup which sadly is found in a large percentage of foods we eat which cause a large list of heath problems
Reply:Your 36.1 of fructose is all natural and so are you.
Reply:Fruit sugars are only considered dangerous if your a Diabetic. In the main fruit sugars dissipate in the bloodstream fairly quickly. It is not bad at all.
