You need to be careful not to use any other lotions that contain benzoyl peroxide, the active ingredient in the Proactiv face cleaner and lotion from the 3-part system. Also, I recommend not using anything designed to make your face drier (such as anti-oil products). Anything other than that should be okay to use, but if you're worried, you should test it on just a little inconspicuous area of your face, like under your chin or jawbone, and see if you notice any irritation.

Reply:I wouldnt. The skin on your face is very sensitive and you should be careful how you treat it at your young age. Proactive has some chemicals that already do some sort of reaction to your skin in order to get rid of the extra oils and pimples. To do a scrub together with that, Id be careful. Scrubs are designed to get rid of dead skin and therefore giving the appearance of radiant skin.
Id be cautious.
