What is a good pork tenderloin recipe for the crock pot? Preferably one with fruit?

I remember having some topped with a sauce/chutney/something that it was cooked in, having dried apricots, craisins, etc.

Pork tenderloin with apples.

1/4 cup applesauce

1 bunch green onions with about 3 inches of green tops, slice thinly

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or cider vinegar)

Trim excess fat from the pork and slice in 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place pork slices in the slow cooker/Crock Pot with the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.

Serves 4 to 6.
Reply:throw the loin in the pot with some large chunks of celery, carrots and potatoes. make sure they're large so that they won't get tender too quickly.
