What do you like to buy in the BULK foods aisle?

You know: whhere foods are in big bins and you scoop or dispense some into a bag and pay by the pound. I like to buy arborio and long grain rice, buttermilk powder (so I don't have to keep liquid on-hand), banana chips sesame sticks for snacking, and dry apricots, and a few spices I like to keep but dont' want/need much.

What do you buy in bulk?

What do you like to buy in the BULK foods aisle?
Everything!

Peanut butter and margarine for baking.

Also for baking: flour, sugar, soda, powder, choco chips, oatmeal, and cake decorating supplies

Rice, all types of pasta, all spices, soup mixes, dried beans and peas.

And the munchies, of course, anything but microwave popcorn because they do not sell it!

It is cheaper for my groceries, when you only have about 50 dollars a month for groceries, you go cheap!!
Reply:I like to buy nuts, and oats in bulk. And, sometimes I can't resist the white and dark coated pretzels.
Reply:I seldom have a chance to actually buy in bulk- but in addition to your list I would add coffee. Face it, I'm a coffee addict!
Reply:I have not ever bought anything like that i didnt even know about it bu ti probably will go buy something like that now! ;)
Reply:Candy and nuts.
Reply:There is no bulk aisle where I shop or any store around here, I wish there was.
Reply:Loose leaf Sencha and Dragonwell green tea, mustard, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic flakes, pepper corns and sea salt for my mills.
Reply:soda, water, bbq suace, ketchup. I buy these in bulk cause I use the most
Reply:Any type of gummi products. Gummi bears, gummi worms, sometimes Sour soothers. Also, on a healthier note, I like to get lentils, the bigger ones, preferably organic if possible.
