How long does gettin evened blemish free skin take?
you should go see a dermatologist, you will see much faster improvements.. they give me a cream to use on my face during the day (and u can wear it with makeup), and i use a cream that i have to wear over night.. and the next day my pimples are smaller and my blemishes aren't as dark as the day before.. By the way they prescribe me something called Lucidol.. thats the night cream. it works the BEST.. you will start off at like 1%.. then 2%.. then 5%.. and you will go to 10%. The stuff at the stores, they take time to see results, plus when i clear my spots and pimples with thopse i get new ones and have to clear those and its just an on-going thing and your face will NEVER clear up.. just go see a dermatologist.. and its not expensive if u have insurance.

they will give you an antibiotic too (get teracycline you dont need to take it on a full or empty stomach) and that kills bacteria inside your body so that you WONT get any new pimples. So u get a day cream that kills bacteria on the surface of your face, ngiht cream that gets rid of pimples and blemishes, then the antibiotic to kill any bacteria that wil cause more pimples to arise.. so u got 3 defenses there. go see a dermatologist
Reply:My son had the same problem, after trying every brand, expensive too, he was referred to a dermatologist who specialises in acne, now he is far better and only uses a soap to cleanse and a daily moisturizer. My acne problem started in my 30's and only now,10 years after I am better. I use a cotton ball to foam and clean my face when I am washing, this helped me immensely, and I only use a protective moisturiser and a mild soap cleanser now. My face is clearer and more even as days go by. My problem is hormonal and so is my son's, but with care I avoid scarring. Take care, check with a dermatologist.
Reply:usually 2 - 3 weeks. you might want to try a new product like clearasil or pro active
