St.Ives Apricot Scrub.?

I have SEVERE case of acne so I started using St.ives Apricot scrub. My forehead has cleared up but the side of my face where my most of pimples are like coming towards to form a cluster of acne. And its red as a tomatoe. I should stop using it right?

St.Ives Apricot Scrub.?
don't use apricot scrub. I too have bad acne and the doctor said not to use it as it scrapes off too much skin, which can cause scarring, and by getting your face too dry, your sking will over compensate and start producing even more oil and make acne worse. (best of luck! I just started Retin A micro and clean and clear advantage in a silver tube, and it's doing an okay job)
Reply:Use St. Ives Apricot Scrub GENTLE
Reply:use the medicated apricot scrub...and leave it on until it feels cool and use once a day. You could also be over-cleaning your skin causing the same reaction as acne....while using one medicated cream don't use anything else medicate or exfoliating...that will cause it to get irritated and sometimes making it worse than before.
Reply:That scrub is meant to get rid of dead skin try soft things

like creams
Reply:St. Ives has a scrub for sensitive skin. That's what I use. It's softer and not as gritty as the regular St. Ives. I think that the one your using is tearing up your skin and causing more break outs.
