My apricot poodle's tummy has turned purple! HELP!?

My 4 month old poodle's tummy is turning purple like a bruise. It goes all over into her rear legs and across her tail even up across her back! She has not hurt herself or is acting in pain or discomfort. She is going to the potty fine and has been eating! Even the inside of her once creamy ears are turning purple! I'm scared to death and Vets don't open till Monday!!! could she have eaten something that is causing internal bleeding????

My apricot poodle's tummy has turned purple! HELP!?
Maybe she is changing color? My dog was apricot color for the first of his life, and then turned white, which came along with a black (purple) skin. However, I'm not a vet so I don't know what it is, but you should take her ASAP.
Reply:im pretty sure that there are emgergancy pet hospitals that can help and are open on weekends, but i dont know whats wrong...I hope its ok!
Reply:Don't listen to anyone who says it is internal bleeding or a sign of death- your dog is in no discomfort, so this can't be true.

It could be a reaction to an insecticide or something that was sprayed on the lawn, but it seems like it is an external reaction.

I'd get it checked out (sooner rather than later), but it doesn't look like any kind of immediate danger.

If it has come on slowly, not suddenly, it could just be a natural change in skin tone, since the puppy is so young.

You're a good puppy mother for asking- keep up the good work!
Reply:Call your vet,if they don't answer, there should be a message with a number to call in case of emergencies. Please call.

(If there is no number to call on your vet's message, get out the phone book and start calling all the vets in town,I guess.)
Reply:Google it! You might find an answer.
Reply:I would get it to the vet asap, that doesn't sound to good.
Reply:hurry!!!! look for a vet open 24/7!!!!

sign of death!!!
Reply:CALL A VET NOW!!!!!!!!!!! IF URS DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, CALL ONE WHO WILL!!!!!!!!!
Reply:Yes, that is a sign of internal bleeding. Try to find an emergency vet as soon as possible.
Reply:call a vet on afterhours number asap
Reply:OMG my friend had a black poodle and her tummy turned purple and it turned out she had cancer!

TAKE HER TO VET NOWWW!!!!!!!
Reply:CALL A VET! THATZ THE ONLY THING I CN TELL U SO FAR!!!!!!
Reply:I am not too sure, but i do know a dog that got bruised on the stomache because they held him too much. Maybe you can ask a regular hospital or doctor, it might be simular for humans.
