How do I get rid of this scar fast?

I got this thin scab on my cheek from those biore strips and now it's very noticable.I was hoping to clear up these blackheads too before school starts which is in about 14 days. So is there any fading cream or something to lighten or clear it up. I already have Proactive, St. Ives Apricot Scrub, and Mint Julep Masque. I would appreciate all your suggestions:)

You could try Maderma or you can get a product made by AcneFree at walmart which lightens skin to get rid of scars. It is a cream and a moisturizer and is in an orange and white box. II think it's like 8 or nine bucks. If it's not really a scar but still a wound, try slathering on neosporin like crazy until the scab goes away, and then start the scar system.



For the blackheads try a blackhead removing scrub. Neutrogena and clean and clear have some good ones, and use it every day. We got neutrogena everyday blackhead eliminating scrub. My husband has some black heads on his chin and I tried to get him to use those strips, but after once they didn't work and he wouldn't try them again. The only thing I saw an improvement with was with the scrub. I also saw a Blackhead eliminating treatment mask by Neutrogena. I might try that, too, as long as you don't over dry your skin.



They have those new skin micro dermabrasion scrubbers/resurfacers now, too. You could try to pick up one of those because they are supposed to work as good as the ones a dermatologist/cosmetic surgeon would use. They are kind of like a SUPER exfoliator and refinish the top layer of skin to promote healing and new growth. Check it out while you're at walmart. I bet it would help, and might even promote your scar healing.

Mederma is the best...In fact doctors recommend it over laser treatment...



You can find it at any drug store and it is over the counter...

Reply:get a facial at a spa, they can extract those black heads and reccomend a product to use every day. proactiv can cause you many problems that is too drying
Reply:There is at the pharmacy scar treatment and then there is the laser which is not covered by insurance and depending on your skin tone they might do laser or it might leave bolitchs on your skin before you that look at your options.
Reply:Best thing for scars is Mederma - it's made from onion peel extract and for whatever reason, it's great! There are store brands too (Walgreens has one of their own I know) - it's around 10- 20 dollars a tube, which will last forever - I have almost a full tube after 1 year! I had a deep cut (turned into scar) on my face - I had 5 stitches. While it was healing, I used Mederma and the scar is now barely noticable. I think it will help even within a week, try it out! It's good for helping any cuts or old scars too - esp acne scars.
Reply:For some reason I want to say Vitamin E oil is supposed to help with scarring. Good Luck.
Reply:it will take time, sorry. Maderma scar treatment should work it is not cheep though. Vitamin E will work but takes much longer and is very sticky just break open a capsule that you would normally take by mouth and rub on scar every day. Good luck!!!
Reply:you can use mederma it is a onintment I had toe surgery and a scar was there i use merdera my scar was starting to go in away in 5 or 7 days if you use in the morning and at night or you can use achol or tooth paste to dry it out
Reply:Create an even larger scar over it. You should use something jagged, like a saw. Rub ash into the wound for some extra large African style tribal scaring.
