How to get rid of tinybumps on your face?

I have these bumps on my face. I don't really think pimples, though. They are on the right side of my face right next to the nose.What do you think what would, something hoomemade would be better. Does apricot scrubs work, just asking

-avoid touching your face, are you right handed? dirt, oil, bacteria, ect. from hands could be part of the problem.

-get a clean-weave facial exfoliator from your local walmart (in the bath and body section, about $3.00), along with aveeno-skin clearing soap bar. use morning and night.

-you can also take a hand full of sugar in the shower with you, scrub away.
