Its a really nice Bols apricot brandy, what would it mix well with??

Apricot Brandy Von Richtofen



Juice of 1/2 Lime

2 oz Apricot-Flavored Brandy

Club Soda

Ice

Fill glass half way with ice cubes. Add alcohol and lime juice and fill with club soda. Drop the half lime rind into the glass. Stir.





Apricot Cocktail



1 1/2 oz Apricot-flavored Brandy

1 splash Gin

Juice of 1/4 Lemon

Juice of 1/2 Orange

Ice

Shake with ice and strain into a glass.





Apricot Cooler



2 oz Apricot-flavored Brandy

1 tsp Powdered Sugar

2 oz Club Soda or Ginger Ale

Ice (cracked)

Orange or Lemon Peel

In a glass, dissolve powdered sugar in the club soda. Stir. Fill glass with cracked ice and add brandy. Add club soda or and stir again. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel and dangle end over rim of glass.

Reply:I would be very careful as I wouldn't want to spoil the taste, so I would use soda water.
Reply:Brandy is meant to be sipped all by itself, so I'd recommend not mixing it with anything. There might be some drinks availabe that include brandy as part of the mix, such as Sangria.

My favorite is an Apricot Brandy Sour



1 oz apricot brandy

1 oz lemon juice

orange juice

ice cubes



Pour apricot brandy. Add lemon juice. Fill in with orange juice and add ice cubes. Shake.



Optional: Add 1/2 oz triple sec, or 1 teaspoon grenadine.
