I want to freeze my fresh apricots so that I can make jam/preserves later in the year. What is the best way to freeze them? Do they need to be peeled and sugared?

Ice chest with frozen Co2( often used to ship meats through the mail) direct contact is needed...bottom line, freeze em hard and fast, then fish them out and put em in the freezer.
Reply:Send them out without their snow shoes, gloves and scarf. :)
