You shouldn't use an exfoliant every day - especially on acne prone skin - once a week perhaps on a clean face ?
But your best bet is a step regime - wash, toner, and spot cream. If you do it daily (twice) you may decrease your acne -

I've used that and everytime I did I got more zits poping up. I think its all trial and error. I have a niece that swears by proactive but others don't.
Reply:this didnt work for me at all - i use neutrogena clear wash/mask twice a day and use clean and clear blackead remover cleanser and this has really helped clear ma skin
Reply:proper washing with soap, and fruit and vegetables. also a bit of sun to dry them.
