Can I use St. Ives apricot scrub everyday?

i have alot of black heads. So I use st. Ives apricot scrub blackhead blemish control. I was wondering should i could use it daily?





I'm going to get a facial soon should i use the scrub after the facial?

Yes you can use it everyday but it might make your skin greasy. Why not buy two a harsher one (invigorating) and a softer one (gentle/sensitive) That way your skins still getting a good clean but withour being too harsh.



Why not invest in a clenser and a toner for the blackheads?



Use the cleanser and toner in the morning and the apricot in the evening so it can settle overnight. Scrubbing your skin in the morning takes away your skins natural defence (licorine) and can cause blotchiness if its exposed to harsh conditions during the day.
Reply:don't use facial scrub daily since it would rid off your skin's natural moisture.use it once a week.when you had your facial ask the dermatologist if you could still use it.maybe you would be recommended to use certain products they think would suit your skin conditioned.
Reply:ive wondered the same thing! i think u can use it every day, but im not 100% positive. i think its better 4 ur skin to use it every other day. cuz if u use it too much it messes up ur skin. i personally wouldnt use it after a facial
Reply:i have there apricot scrub and i use it every day, not only on my face, but on my knees too. also once a week i use it all over my body for exfoliation! =)

if your nose gets rashes, scratches, or extremely dry, you might want to limit the use to every other day.

Reply:not a good idea...even if you have oily skin, it doesn't make the problem go away, it just covers it. Be careful with your skin. For oily skin 3-4 times weekly, for normal and combination 2, for dry 1.
