i use it every time i shower.
Reply:Well I use it everyday. It works pretty well. I have pretty good and sensitive skin and it doesnt irritate it at all. So its fine to use it everyday.

Reply:You can use it every other day. St. Ives apricot blemish scrub works wonders. I personally use it every other day and my skin is very nice. I don't have to wear make-up because they're nothing to conceal.
