Does anyone have a recipe for Apricot Granola bars similar to the one sold at starbucks??

I could not find the real copycat recipe yet

this is the closest i could find

For Deb Adams, who wanted a recipe for apricot bars similar to the ones at Starbucks. From Ruth Weiss, Plum. The recipe is from the "Los Angeles Farmers Market Cookbook."

Hollywood Delight Apricot Bars

1 3/4 cups rolled oats, uncooked

1 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted

1 cup walnuts, chopped

For the apricot filling:

1/2 pound dried apricots

1/2 cup water

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

To prepare the filling: Stew the apricots in the water until soft. While the apricots still are hot, add the granulated sugar. Remove from the heat. Let cool, then add the vanilla.

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

To prepare the bars: Combine the oats, flour, baking soda, brown sugar, butter and walnuts. Mix well. Press two-thirds of the mixture into an ungreased 8- by 8-inch baking pan. Spread the apricot filling over the top, then top with the remaining oat mixture.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into squares while warm, but not hot
