I would like to know of any apricot slice recipes containing golden syrup, condensed milk, apricot, butter/margarine, coconut and a little white chocolate drizzled over the top?
Apricot Slice?
Here's a couple of recipes I found that may be close to what you're looking for:

3 ounces brown sugar
1/2 lb minced apricots
1 (375 g) packet wie biscuits, crushed
2 teaspoons coconut
Melt butter.
Add rest of ingredients.
Put in greased tin.
Sprinkle with coconut.

Apricot and Coconut Slice
250 g plain sweet biscuits
1 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
395 g sweetened condensed milk
125 g butter
1 1/4 cups melted chocolate
100 g Copha
Mix all ingredients together except for melted chocolate.
Place mixture into a slice pan and refrigerate until set.
Pour melted chocolate over top.
Refrigerate until set.
Remove from pan and using a sharp knife cut into squares.
Reply:A Norwegian bundt cake called strondavas is the traditional way to use those ingredients. My great aunt always served it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Us kids went crazy over it.
