Apricot trees?
You might find someone locally who knows. But you could ask your local master gardener to recommend someone who could graft scions from your old tree onto young root stock.
Reply:graft green limbs onto another apricot, any hardy species will take a graft. Use several to make sure you get a good graft.. Did you save the seeds? If your gm grew it, it probably is not a hybrid and is true to seed. . after you get a good graft, cut the tree down to very short , take all the old limbs away or burn them , treat the trunk and very short limb stubs with dormant oil, till the soil deeply and work in 100 lb of rich compost and a few dozen red wigglers (fishing worms). If you are in a dry area water it well once a week (about 20 gallons). if it doesnt show new growth in a year, just cut it on out.
