This is the standard:

The discussion on color says:

"Black, blue, gray, silver, cream and white Poodles have black noses, eye-rims and lips, black or self colored toenails and very dark eyes. In the apricots while the foregoing coloring is preferred, liver-colored noses, eye-rims and lips, and amber eyes are permitted but are not desirable. Major fault: color of nose, lips and eye-rims incomplete, or of wrong color for color of dog."

Sounds to me like a black nose is preferred, but liver is acceptable. If the nose is really pink, and not liver, then that is a fault. May be considered a "dudley nose." That means you shouldn't breed your dog, and it can't win a conformation show, but it doesn't indicate a health problem or anything else. Can still be a great pet.
Reply:It's probably a genetic fault. Improper breeding.
Reply:Apricot poodles dont have black noses. Their noses are a pale brown to dark brown..same with lips and eye rims.

Whites and Creams have black noses lips and eye rims.
Reply:not all dogs noses change. some dogs just have a naturally pink nose. they sometimes change but rarly stay pink. consider yourself lucky. i like pink noses. there cute!!!
