I'm doing a project for my nutrition class and I couldn't find apricots at the market because they're out of season. Does anybody know where I can find them? A specialty market maybe? Basically, I need to know the price per pound and the approximate weight of an apricot. Does 3 ounces sound about right?

Most grocery stores sell dried apricots. You can probably find out the weight and whatnot by going to an online seed store like burpee.com or something.
