Wondering what you think about b17 raw apricot seeds for helping fight cancer?

Well, for starters; there is no documented scientific evidence that this product has ever worked for any cancer patients. Studies that have been conducted indicate that it doesn't have any adverse effect on tumours and they in fact continue to grow.

Raw apricot seeds, Laetrile, Amygdalin Vitamin B-17!! Well let us just call it by what it really is and that is Cyanide! As there is no such thing as vitamin B-17, it is just a friendly name for Cyanide, as I'm sure people would more easily take a vitamin, as opposed to Cyanide.

However, I believe that there was one case that claimed success with this treatment. but as with many of these quack remedies it was not scientifically monitored or fully documented. Consider the many thousands of people that are treated and saved using proven medicine and treatment, I guess you need to ask yourself are you "feeling lucky" to eat Apricot kernels (Cyanide) on the chance that it may cure and that you may be the second successful case?

Sorry to say there are all too many claims floating around of such miraculous undocumented or scientifically verifiable treatments, which prey on those in need the most!

So, if the Cyanide doesn't kill you, then the untreated cancer probably will!

Reply:Save your money as it will not help fight cancer nor will a special diet of certain foods, nor will the juice drinks and nor will the mediating and breathing. My brother in law has been through the lot in hope of curing his cancer, but its only all there to give these people some sort of hope to cling hold of. Very sad indeed as he is slowly dying.
Reply:If there is no other possible treatment option and you are desperate, then give it a try if you think it will help.

If there are other treatment options, USE ALL OTHER OPTIONS FIRST!

There is NO independant study, documentation or proof that this is anything other than a type of snake oil treatment peddled by quacks and charlotans.

The treatments offered by conventional medecine, while often nasty, invasive and with horrid side effects have been scientifically proven to work when applied in certain combinations to certain cancers..

Personally, the only reason I would seek to seek treatment is because I value my life, so why risk taking unproven substances which may cause more harm than good?
Reply:There is no vitamin B-17. I'm old enough to remember when they sold laetrile over the counter at some health food stores in the 60s. It was also sold under the name amygdalin. After many people died from taking laetrile rather than going to a medical Dr the FDA and court system stepped in and banned laetrile in the early 70s. This was when laetrile became vitamin B-17. It was just a marketing ploy to help avoid criminal prosecution and to try and keep selling it in health food stores.

The people who claim laetrile cures cancer have never seen a mass growing on their own CT scan. It's easy to make false claims when the tumor is growing in someone else's body and you will not have to watch them die when the laetrile fails to halt the growth of their cancer.

Anytime anyone tells you that any substance treats or cures all the various types of cancer then you know several things. (1) they do not have a tumor growing inside themselves or have not seen their spouse or child die of cancer - and (2) either they are very naive and simply have no understanding of the complex biology of the many different diseases listed under the name cancer or (3) they are charlatans trying to separate you from your money.
Reply:I am grateful that I do not have to rely on fruit and veg to treat cancer. Remember that these pseudo cures are sold at a cost higher than proven cancer treatments by unscrupulous people who do not care that they have lied to you.

Here's a review of studies.

Reply:There is no such vitamin as B17, you won't find it in any biology book. The name was invented to give respectability and credibility to laetrile, or apricot seeds, so that unscrupulous charlatans could sell them as a cancer cure.

They are not only ineffective, they are dangerous as they contain cyanide.

Cancer is NOT a nutritional deficiency, and Jason Vale is not a martyr, he is a charlatan of the worst kind. Wherever there's cancer there's someone eager to make money from people's desperation and misery, and Vale is one of them.

Please be wary of unsubstantiated testimonials claiming miraculous cures; you have no way of knowing whether the person ever had cancer in the first place, much less that they were cured.
Reply:OMG! My dad has cancer right now and was scheduled to undergo a very toxic, stem stell transplant. All of his children have now agreed after studying endlessly, .... its all a farse!'

THE ONLY THING doctors are allowed to sell, is cut, burn and poison! We are talking about a simple vitamin. WHY does the FDA care if we use it. But they do. Jason Vale is now in prison for selling the apricot seeds which cured his rare terminal cancer. (google him, not the "juicemaster guy) They KNOW the cure is there, but they don't want anyone to know about it. I wouldn't be surprised if this question is "violation". between wanting to control population growth and the Billions and billiions of dollars that

cancer makes for everyyone. they will keep the "secret" of B17 sqquelched for as long as possible. Order you apricot seeds now, before they control the internet and you wont be able to get them. Go to youtube and watch " world without cancer" or get the book. Your life will never be the same.
