Is an apple and apricot enough for breakfast?

It's better than nothing, but not best.

Try having a nice grain-filled cereal with fruit.

Or an egg with a slice of toast and fresh fruit.

Or toast with peanutbutter and some fruit yogurt.

It's always best to have protein, fat and complex carbs in every meal.

Is an apple and apricot enough for breakfast?
Man... anyone can answer questions no matter if they are right or not.

Breakfast means to break the fast... and you dont do it with fruit. You need protien and complex carbs long with a fruit. You just loaded up on the sugar and didnt feed yourself anything to break it down or really do anything good for your body except have a sugar crash in about an hour, which leads to eating more food (calories) that could possibly be empty.
Reply:Absolutely. As long as you are getting something in your system for the day - that is the important thing. Some people just have a little 8 oz thing of yogurt. Others have a bowl of cereal or oatmeal, or even a piece of toast. At least you are getting something for the most important meal of the day!
Reply:If you are in a hurry, grab a handfull of nuts too. Then you will have some protein. Then its ok, or have an egg too. Otherwise, you will be starving shortly.
Reply:Yes but if you are trying to stay healthy or lose weight you should think about eating a little bit more to boost your metabolism and get more of the nutrients that you need throughout the day.
Reply:No, You need some protein and more carbs. You really should make breakfast the largest meal of the day, if possible.
Reply:IF YOU FEEL IT IS THEN YEAH

PERSONALLY I'M NOT A BREAKFAST PERSON.
Reply:If u r doing nothing than it is good.
