Is this a healthy remedy for facial cleanser?

Okay currently I've been using St. Ives apricot cleanser and scrub, it works well enough but I still break out form time to time. So know Im using this is it healthy?

Squeezing a fresh orange and washing my face with it then I let it dry so that it gets int he pores then I resoak it in hot water.

I also am sing coffee grains added with some milk and applying it to my whole body while in the shower. Safe and healthy?

Change your diet to include more fresh fruits and veggies. Veggies should be eaten raw in salads or stir-fried in extra virgin olive oil or steamed. Eat lots of fresh fruit and drink organic fruit juices whenever possible. Keep extra salt out of your diet. Avoid junk foods as snacks, fruits are better. Drink 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day. Get a large in-door aloe vera plant. At night before bed wash your face with a good all-natural herbal soap. Rinse by hand and pat your face dry. Cut off a small piece of aloe vera and carefully trim the edges. Peel back the leaf and apply to your face and let it set overnight. Do this for the rest of your life and your skin will always look and feel healthy and others will envy your natural looking skin.

Reply:Neither.

You are better off eating and drinking those things instead

of applying them to your skin the coffee - is an alright exfoliant but you are better off doing a pure and natural regime with products formulated for your skin.

You need to use a hydrating wash and a toner and then a day cream (and at night the same but a night cream).

Witch hazel is a toner.

If you still get a break out use a burts bee acne treatment.

I suggest those products - or dove or nutregene if people can't spend more on higher end items.
