What dry white wine goes with dried apricots stuffed with Boursin?

They're called Nummies and they're delish. I need a dry white wine (not Beaujolais) to go with it...any recommendations are greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!

i like Viognier with Boursin - only mildly sweet - has a nice crisp dry acidity

I wouldn't do a chard with it - not going to pair well

The only other wine that I'de like with that would be a nice Sauv Blanc - lots of them have hints of Apricot and Grapefruit and i think that would compliment your "nummies" (cute) nicely.
Reply:YES!....VIOGNIER!!

Since Viognier is known for its rich flavors of ripe apricots it would go fantastic with your Nummies.

Viognier is becoming a favored white wine, as its depth of character and complexity is greater than the current white favorite, Chardonnay. Viognier is noted for spice, floral, citrus, apricot, apple and peach flavors. It typically produces medium bodied wines with relatively high acids and fruit.

The best Viogniers come from France's Rhone Valley, but you can also find reasonable, good quality Viogniers from California and Australia.
