Apricot Scrub?
The St. Ives apricot scrubs (the ones that have crushed walnut shells as the exfoliant) do damage your skin, especially the more delicate parts like your face and neck. I don't know about the pores per se, but basically the little shell bits are too rough and tear up your skin.

Try something with either rounded beads or a chemical exfoliant instead.
Reply:I haven't heard that. I do know that it is abrasive and it dries my skin out. I've tried apricot scrub for sensitive skin, but only use it once a month. My pores are small BTW
Reply:i actually use the st.ives appricot scrub.. and it really works fine for me...

you dont have to use it everyday== just once or twice a week to exfoliate. scrubs are configured to be used for this frequency... if you use it everyday, it might really damage your skin or pores...

if you dont like apricot scrub or any facial scrub, use skin smooth packs (yogurt pack)== it doesnt have the scrubbing effect but it still exfoliates.. if you find korean beauty products out there, try it.. check www.vovcosmetics.co.kr
