What are the best products for acne?

I've tried Noxema,Clean%26amp;Clear,St. Ives apricot scrub, clinique, dove cleansing pads or wipes,Biore. It seems like none of this products work for my acne problem,is not a severe acne problem, but still,Im afraid Im starting to have one.I would appreciate if you give me some tips on how to take care of my face,it could be natural remedies or normal good products you get at the store.I dont why but my right side of my face tends to have more acne.

What are the best products for acne?
I would see a dermatologist. A lot of the reason you're breaking out could be hormones. They might give you an antibiotic or some other kind of oral medication that'll tackle the problem from the inside, which is much more effective to prevent future issues. I take this stuff called Nicomide and wash my face twice a day with Cetaphil(sounds like an quit smoking thing doesn't it?) and it works great! I used to break out so much and now I only get a few pimples every now and then.

Do you sleep on your right side? Maybe you have some bacteria on your pillow so it might help to wash it. Either way somehow your right is getting more exposure to bacteria.

Good luck!
Reply:I would recommend Pro-Active products. The may be a little pricey, but they really seem to work. My boyfriend always used to get pimples, now he hardly ever does.
Reply:maybe you should try acne free I heard it was good but my personal favorite is the neutrogena stress free stuff but you just have to keep trying products to find what works for you
Reply:i would say try the pro active since u basically tried everything else (noxzema works fine for me)...however pro active is not for everybody. i tried it (i dont have bad acne but break out every blue moon) and it made my acne worse and scarred my face. be careful! if u see its not working then stop using it asap!

also try to drink more water daily........and did u try those face pads? i use noxzema and clerasil face pads sometimes and they work for me and keep my face clear and clean.
Reply:I use Mario Badescu's Drying Lotion and Enzyme Cleanser... so far, so good. You gotta give any product about a month at least... and being female, our hormones make us break out.

Reply:Cleanse with Cetaphil Normal to Oily Skin Cleanser mornign and night---pat dry (don't rub). Nelson's Acne Gel ($5.95 at healthfood stores) and/or Nelson's Tea Tree Oil Cream ($5.95).

If you have a nasty red bump, take a potato slice (raw) and tape it to your skin, leave on overnight---it will suck out all that gunk.

You should also consider what you put into your body...make sure you drink plenty of water, avoid sugar...eat protein and lots of veggies and fruits =)

Try not to touch your face during the day and keep a positive outlook on life---stress can cause breakouts!

And know that those terrible hormone crazy teen years don't last forever so better days will come =)
