Reply:I wouldn't stuff the duck if I were you, because so much fat comes out of it - the stuffing will be very greasy. If you do stuff it (as it were) stuff the neck end, not the cavity.

I would join you, but I've just eaten my lunch and I've got a casserole in the oven for tea.
