Apricot Slice recipe?

Does anyone know the recipe for the 'Supa Slice' Apricot Slice? It contains condensed milk, biscuit crumbs, dried apricot, butter and coconut (I think), as well as a few more ingredients I can't remember. It would be appreciated =)

Apricot Slice recipe?
How does this one sound?

1/2 lb minced apricots

1 (375 g) packet wie biscuits, crushed

Melt the butter the add the rest of the ingredients. Put it in a greased tin and sprinkle with coconut.
Reply:This one sounds really good. If you don't like cherries, you could just leave them out.

Apricot, Macadamia and Cherry Slice

Chef: Stephanie Alexander

Yummy!

Serves 12

You need:

1 cup(125 gram) sweet biscuit crumbs

1 cup halved glace cherries

2/3 cup chopped dried apricots

3/4 cup chopped macadamias

1/2 cup coconut

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

125 gram melted unsalted butter

Frosting

30 gram butter

1 cup icing sugar

1 teaspon vanilla essence

1 tablespoon philadelphia cheese

2 tablespoons shredded coconut

Method:

1 Chop all dried fruit and nuts roughly

2. Melt butter in microwave or over a pan of boiling water

3. Mix all dried fruit, nuts, coconut, condensed milk, melted butter and biscuit crumbs thoroughly until all ingredients have become moist

4. Press the mixture into a prepared pan (it is a good idea to either grease the pan lightly with butter or to line with silicon paper(

5. Refrigerate until the mixture has set

6. Make the frosting by combining all the ingredients except the cocnut in a blender or food processor until smooth

7. Spread the frosting evenly over the prepared base and sprinkle with cocnut to finish

8. Allow to set again before cutting into the desired shape for serving

Makes about twelve pieces and keeps for a week if kept in an airtight container or covered
