In Europe we had an apricot and champagne aperitif.Looking for recipe?
try this one- its great!
4 oz Apricot brandy
1 oz Vodka
Fill 1/2 glass Champagne
Fill 1/2 glass Orange juice Report It
Reply:The recipe is fairly simple: 4 parts Champagne to 1 part Apricot Brandy. Stir and pour into white wine glass half filled with ice (or shake with ice and strain into cold champagne flute).
The classic version of this, a Champagne Charlie is made with Charles Heidsieck Champagne. Enjoy!
